Saying Goodbye to This Chapter on Medium
Amongst other things, I’ve chosen to become anonymous — here’s why
Hello, Medium world!
It’s been a long time since I’ve visited you. I’ve missed this space on the internet.
Now for those of you who had a glimpse of who I was on this platform, you may be wondering “was this girl hacked?” “what’s going on?”.
And the answer is no, I was not hacked. But a lot has been going on.
I’m not really sure how to start but I’ll attempt to now.
Background Information
When I began writing on Medium, it was COVID and I needed a place to exercise my creativity. Naturally, I turned to writing since I’ve always enjoyed expressing myself through the art of words. And so I embarked on a writing journey here on Medium, where I wrote about anything and everything I was interested in.
And I loved it. I met some amazing and talented individuals from around the world. I read stories that inspired me in a multitude of ways and I’ve enjoyed every single freaking second I’ve been on this platform.
But I’ve changed A LOT. For better or for worse, we shall see.
